History :
Durgaprasad Vidyaniketan has been established in memory of the Late Durga Prasad Dubey, freedom fighter and social worker, by Pt. K. A. Dubey Padmesh in 2003. It was registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The school was started in the year 2003 and took students up to standard VI. In 2005 it was given certification by ISO 9001:2000. In 2008 we reached another milestone when the school got affiliated with CBSE. Delhi and was granted permission to start senior secondary classes.
The first batch of our school for the All India Secondary School Examination conducted by CBSE, Delhi appeared in the year 2007-2008.
