Admission

• Admission opens to all, irrespective of religion, caste and community.
• Pupils seeking admission need to be registered by filling up the prescribed application form attached with the prospectus.
• Pupils applying for admission for classes v and above are ,as a rule, subjected to an test for English, Hindi and Maths
• Pupils applying for admission for classes play group to IV are subjected to an interview.
• No pupil less than 2.5 years will be admitted to class playgroup. Age limit for class one is 5.5 years to 6 years to 6. Age for the others classes will be worked out accordingly.
• No pupil except playgroup will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the last School attended and in no case shall a student be permitted to attend classes, pending formal admission.
• A pupil joining the School for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of his / her date of birth, such as an extract from the municipal or village records.
• The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The parent/ guardian will have to sign an undertaking to his effect
• The transfer certificate of a pupil joining from a School outside Uttar Pradesh must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the precious School is situated.
• When a pupil is admitted on a transfer certificate he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than for which the certificate shows him/her to be eligible nor will he/she be promoted before the end of the academic year.

Discipline

• Strict regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of uniform and person are expected of every pupil. Pupils must strictly conform to the regulations laid down in this regard.
• All pupil must bring this almanac to the school on all working days.
• Pupil must speak English in the premises. Marks will be deducted if found guilty repeatedly.
• Articles found in the school are to be handed over to the principal’s office
• Fines may be imposed by the principal for irregularity, indiscipline or damage to the property.
• No collection of money for any purpose is to be made without the permission of the principal.
• The school authorities are not responsible for a suited to the offence eg. By detention after own belongings carefully. The parents are requested not to send the child with money and other costly articles.
• The principal may punish a student in a manner suited to the offence eg.by detention after school. By suspension or by expulsion from the institution without justifying his action.
• For any misconduct, disobedience and criminal mischief warning cards will be issued with penalties for ordinary misbehavior of regular default in school uniform etc. After oral warning a green card will be issued. For continued misbehaviour and illmanners etc. A yellow card will be issued together of suspension for a week. When a student has failed to sho any kind of improvment and when found out that parents don’t respond to the precious warnings, then a red card is issued with the understanding that the concerned student will be issued a transfer certificate at the end of the academic year.

Attendance

• Every student is expected to be present at the morning assembly and must be within the School premises 5 minutes prior to the assembly time.
• Late comers to the School will not be allowed to enter the School premises without the except permission of the principal.
• Absentees will not be entertrained in the class until they get the leave note duly signed by the parents.
• In case of illness, a medical certificate must be produced within 3 days of student absence.
• In case of long leave, prior permission of the principal is necessary.

Fee Structure

• The school fees are payable two monthly.
• School fees will be collected during the first week of April, May, July, September, November, January at the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Ratanlal Nagar Kanpur.
• Parents / Guardians will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment, if needed.
• Fees for a full term must be paid, even if a pupil leaves before the term is over.
• Parents are advised to follow strictly the above schedule of depositing the fees in the bank using the fee booklet supplied by the school, failing hich a fine of Rs 5/- per day will be charged.
• In case of loss of fee booklet, a duplicate may be obtained from the office on a written application to the Principal on payment of Rs. 20 /- only.
